Compactor # of Units 2
Allis Chalmers compactor/briquettor. Unit currently configured to 7 MTHr of tablet sizebriquettes. Other sizes available. This machine is a very high pressure machine with roll of 36" dia. and 8" face.
Briquette Presses # of Units 2
Komarek CS briquetter, mdl 200006, 520 mm dia x 130 mm face with Reitz model RD 12 granulator feeding ver., CS bin, hydraulic roll compression driven by 20 hp 3/60/220-440V 1750 rpm.
Tablet Presses # of Units 2
Elizabeth-Hata 36 station tablet press. 7 ton/hour production. FJ Stokes rotary tablet press, Ultra model 565-1,stations 15 DS, 3,500 to 10,000 compacts per minute, 10 ton above and below, depth of fill 1/8" to 11/16", 7 2 hp motor variable speed.
Bepex Compaction System, Type K27/300
Material of const. is 316 S/S/ on product contact parts, (2) 11.7" dia x 11.7" st slide (300mm st side) side by side compactor rolls, 30 hp-380 volt/3hp/50 cycle electrical explosion proof motor driving a 36.5 hp gearbox.

Teledyne-Readco pin agglomerators with 6", 12", and 18" dia. Barrels.
Pan Agglomerators # of Units 2
Dravo pan agglomerators, 5' and 8' pans with multi-port liquid addition systems and drying capacity.
